Gary called it Dungeon Dressing in the original DMG. Tossing in various bits of descriptive flavor into your room descriptions, sometimes even beyond what I've placed, can help make the dungeon seem more interesting to the players. It's a level of detail that flesh-and-blood DMs can provide that computer game designers usually can't.
